Fashion fanatics know that this is the week of all weeks – Fashion Week in New York City. The fall styles are debuting before we’ve even gotten into spring. So how did it all start? I found this great article from a few years back on style star Olivia Palermo’s website, and I thought I’d share it with you. The whole thing started in 1943 and was called “Press Week”.
