In you’re one of the loyal fans who looks forward to (and actually reads) my twice-a-week posts, well then, I have some bad news. I am off to Paris for the next ten days, and I won’t be able to update the blog.

Of course, there is a silver lining here. I intend to come back so inspired with so much to share. I’ve always dreamed of visiting this city. I studied French for eight years (most of which I don’t remember), and I’ve loved fashion for even longer. It’s about due time that I make the trek to France to experience what I’ve heard about for years. I’m going to eat as many macarons and pastries as I can stomach, despite the French rules of eating. I’ll visit gardens and castles and shop… lots of shopping! When I get back, I’ll do my best to share with you what gives the French that je ne sais quoi that I always hear about.

Now, the important part… What do I pack!?
