Why We Love MZ Wallce

MZ Wallace was established in 2000 by Monica Zwirner and Lucy Wallace Eustice, two native New Yorkers. From the beginning, their aim has been to use the power of thoughtful design and enduring appeal to create essential accessories that work for modern life.
“Monica Zwirner and Lucy Wallace Eustice saw a gap in the market back in 2000 for a functional but still chic bag every woman on the go could use, whether she was going to work or to drinks, or right from one to the other. The dynamic duo leads their team and runs MZ Wallace’s day to day operations out of their Soho office.” — Gotham Magazine
Prior to cofounding MZ Wallace, Monica worked in Europe and New York City as a fashion stylist with a portfolio of high-end clients including Gucci, BMW and Lancôme, before transitioning to interior design as Head of Interiors at the renowned New York firm Selldorf Architects.
Prior to cofounding MZ Wallace, Lucy established a career in fashion editorial, as the Senior Accessories Editor at Harper’s Bazaar and Accessories Director at Elle, before turning to design and product development for European luxury accessory brands, working in conjunction with designers such as Manolo Blahnik and Patrick Cox.
We love MZ Wallace bags because of their stylish utility – they make our lives easier and more stylish.
